活动条款：

Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to all TopCashback.com members over the age of 18, except employees of TopCashback (USA) Inc and their families or anyone else associated with the competition.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The start date of the competition 28th July 2014 and submissions will close at 23:59 on 2 August 2014, with 2 first prize of selected gifts or $25 Amazon gift card paid into your TopCashback account; 10 second prize worth $5 Amazon gift card paid into our Topcashback account.
4. Winners will be notified via a support ticket in their TopCashback Account within 48 hours of the prize draw close date. An email notification for this support ticket will also be sent to the winner’s TopCashback.com registered email address.
5. The prizes shows as follow: first prize for 2 participants, each of them can choose 1 from selected gifts. Instead of gifts, each of them can get $25 Amazon gift card paid directly in their Topcashback account. Second prize for 10 participants, each of them will get $5 Amazon gift card paid directly in their Topcashback account.
6. We have no obligation to offer the prize to potential winners who were contacted but failed to respond within 7 days of being notified.
7. TopCashback.com reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant should the winner fail to respond within the 7 days.
8. Entries are limited to one per member.
9. Entrants need to be a member of TopCashback.com before 2nd August 2014 to enter or win.

11. The winners may be required to participate in post promotion publicity such as supplying quotes for press releases etc.
12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback.com and accordingly TopCashback.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback.com as a result thereof.
